I ask colleagues to join me in extending a warm céad míle fáilte to Senator The Honourable Christopher Sinckler, Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados, who joins us in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery today alongside the ambassador of Barbados to Ireland, H.E. Cleviston Haynes. They are most welcome.
