I move:
It is proposed, that notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, or the Order of the Dáil of 29th September:
(a) the following arrangements shall apply on the motions for the Financial Resolutions by the Minister for Finance:
- Resolution Nos. 1 - 4 shall each, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 20 minutes;
- Resolution Nos. 5, 6 and 7 shall be grouped together for the purposes of debate, and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 45 minutes; and
- each motion for a Financial Resolution shall be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall dispose of any amendments to that motion not yet disposed of, and which shall be put from the Chair; and
(b) the Motion to Instruct the Committee on the Education (Student and Parent Charter) Bill 2019 [Seanad], which shall be taken immediately prior to the weekly division time, shall be taken without debate and any division claimed thereon shall be taken immediately.
