Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Statutory Instrument 291 of 2012, if he will provide a list of existing city and county managers who will still be entitled to special pension privileges on retirement of up to ten added years and a special severance gratuity payment of up to a half year salary as provided for under Article 78 of the Local Government (Superannuation)(Consolidation) Scheme 1998.
