669. Deputy Willie O'Dea asked the Minister for Health when the Health Service Executive will confirm insurance payment issues in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [54490/12]

I understand that this issue concerns the payment of maternity costs arising for a private patient at Limerick Maternity Hospital. My Department has referred the matter to the HSE for examination and a reply will issue directly to the Deputy.
