244. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the manner in which proceeds from the sale of former Garda stations will be deployed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16017/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe proceeds from the sale of former Garda stations will be paid over in full as an Extra Exchequer Receipt to the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. As agreed with the Department 50% of proceeds will be retained by the Exchequer and 50% will be provided to the 2015 OPW capital programme.
