143. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if an application under the single payment scheme 2013 from a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will be accepted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1631/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 10 June 2014. The application was 100% late, in that it was received after the advertised closing date, and also after the period in which a late application can be accepted with a penalty. An official from my department will contact the person named to review his case.
