Deputy John Brassil asked the Minister for Health the way in which the State's expenditure on high tech orphan drugs in each of the years 2014 to 2016 and to date in 2017 compares to the EU average on both a per capita basis and in terms of a proportion of both health spending and drugs expenditure.
