796. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if a third part approval agreement has been secured with Irish Rail in respect of the Royal Canal greenway; if the Commission for Railway Regulation has completed a review of certain aspects of the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issue raised is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA), in conjunction with a number of other state bodies, and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply.  Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
