Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Health if ambulances, emergency medical technicians, EMTs, and paramedics will be increased each year to improve response times with regard to the commitment in A Programme for a Partnership Government; the increase in each to date in counties Cavan and Monaghan; and the way in which response times have improved in the counties.
