Amharc ar fhreagraThe Chief Executive Officer of EirGrid is appointed by the Directors of EirGrid, and holds office upon and subject to such terms and conditions (including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, superannuation and allowances) as may be determined by the Directors, with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
