255. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the services and supports that have been put in place for a child (details supplied); if he has responded to correspondence from the child’s mother; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24504/24]

My Office issued a response to another Deputy on this case on 9 October 2023.  As the issue now raised still relates to this individual case, I have referred the question to the HSE for direct reply to Deputy McGuinness.
