Deputy James O'Connor asked the Minister for Transport to detail the efforts being made by the NDLS to facilitate older people; if the NDLS provides hardcopy forms by post if requested; if the NDLS operates a telephone query service to facilitate older people who may require assistance; if the NDLS provide hardcopies of driver records documents such as licence/permit expiry dates, category or notations or entitlements enquiries, penalty points start or end dates or driver statements by post; if the NDLS facilitates requests by post or phone for hardcopies of all items listed previously; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
