Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health the reason the waiting-list initiative in operation in the Cork primary care child and adolescent psychology services; the date this initiative commenced; how it differs from standard efforts to work through waiting-lists in those services; if it constitutes a separate waiting-list; and if so, the number of clients and wait-times that apply to it.
