208. Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Health to provide an update on the availability of the drug skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa) for patients with severe Crohn’s disease, given the delays due to price negotiations and its current availability in the UK and Europe. [26650/24]

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicines; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
