Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Transport to provide a list of the pass and failure rate for the small public service vehicles test for applicants from County Donegal and in all other counties in 2023 and to date in 2024, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry, including the collection and publication of statistics relating to the SPSV Driver Entry test is a matter for the independent transport regulator, the National Transport Authority (NTA), under the provisions of the Consolidated Taxi Regulation Acts 2013 and 2016. I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of the SPSV industry.
