Deputy Martin Browne asked the Minister for Health if the HSE was approached by an organisation (details supplied) in relation to the possibility of partnering with it to provide services, including a pilot service, in the south Tipperary area; if those discussions have continued; if funding for SECH mental health services will be considered for Budget 2025 to develop such arrangements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
