I propose to take Questions Nos. 241 and 242 together.

The relevant legislation that pertains to airport police and fire services employed at State airports is the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act 1998, as amended. Airport police and airport fire service are "authorised officers" under this legislation, and are employees of the relevant airport management company. The terms and conditions of employment of employees at our State Airports is a matter for each individual airport management company.

Question No. 242 answered with Question No. 241.
