Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if he has any plans in respect of east Cork to draw on flood defence programmes internationally which have successfully deployed land use changes to build up flood resilience in a relatively short period of time and without the need for lengthy planning processes as are associated with standard flood relief schemes.
