Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform to provide a schedule of the number of FOI requests the Office of Public Works has received since 1 January 2023 and to date in 2024 in respect of Castletown House; the number of these FOIs that have been refused; the basis for same; the number of requests that remain open; the average time from receipt to decision; and the number of requests that have been appealed and refused, in tabular form.
