Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the difficulties that applicants to the online certificates section of the HSE are having when asked to provide payment due to the site’s inability to handle strong customer authentication; the reason the site has not been updated to accommodate this widespread practice that has been in place for some years; and the date by which all HSE sites will be fully updated to handle strong customer authentication.
