Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the total number of freedom of information requests submitted to his Department in 2022, 2023 and to date in 2024; the total number of such requests that were rejected in their entirety; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The table below sets out the number of Freedom of Information requests submitted to my Department in the years 2022, 2023 and in 2024 to date. The table also sets out the number of requests refused and deemed invalid for each of the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 to date.
