Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Health if the Cashel and Clonmel areas of County Tipperary are receiving community eye services as outlined in the primary eye care review completed in 2017; if not, the reason the services recommended in the review have not been established in these areas; when full community eye services will be restored to these areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
