648. Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if a company (details supplied) is still being used by Tusla at present, and if so, when this service resumed. [43121/24]

The Department was informed by Tusla on 10 September 2024, that one Tusla local area inadvertently re engaged this service for supervised access where another funded agency was not in a position to provide the service required. Tusla has advised that this arrangement ceased on 8th October last.
My Department is currently engaged with Tusla on this matter.
