160. Deputy Cathy Bennett asked the Minister for Transport the number of instances in 2024 whereby Bus Éireann's Expressway 32 route did not depart on time from Monaghan town; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2394/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport; however, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
Further, Bus Éireann's Expressway services, including route 32, is a commercial bus service and responsibility for the operation of the service is a matter for the company. I have, therefore, referred the Deputy's question to Bus Éireann for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
