241. Deputy Pa Daly asked the Minister for Transport when the works on the plaza in the Tralee train station will begin; when he anticipates they will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3549/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy may be aware, the Minister for Transport has responsibility for policy and overall funding of public transport. The operation, maintenance and renewal of the rail network and stations on the network, including the station at Tralee, is a matter for Iarnród Éireann in the first instance.
