Deputy Frankie Feighan asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to investigate and clarify the situation in relation to the request by a family (details supplied) in Donegal for a review of records held by the disability services regarding the transitioning plan or lack thereof for their child, from child to adult disability services for which a reply was due to the family by 15 November 2024; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
