Amharc ar fhreagraThe Office of Public Works (OPW) has maintenance responsibility for those Catchment Drainage Schemes completed by the OPW under the Arterial Drainage Acts 1945 and 1995. The area concerned was not completed by the OPW under these Arterial Drainage Acts. The OPW therefore has no responsibility for the maintenance of the channel, nor any authority to carry out works there.
