Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications the steps being taken to address the situation in certain areas of Ireland where no waste collection companies are providing services, particularly in cases where elderly and disabled individuals are left without any viable means of disposing of household waste, the supports or interventions being considered to ensure these vulnerable groups are not left behind.
