435. Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Health to confirm that all Ministers of State within her Department have had their ministerial powers delegated to them; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22134/25]

Mary Butler T.D., Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with special responsibility as Government Chief Whip and at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Mental Health.
Jennifer Murnane O’Connor T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Public Health, Wellbeing and the National Drugs Strategy.
Kieran O’Donnell T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Older People and at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with special responsibility for Housing.
The Delegation of Ministerial Functions Orders for the Ministers of State assigned to the Department of Health were laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas on 10th March 2025.
