305. Deputy Michael Cahill asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation to give a detailed progress report in relation to a matter (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31468/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department of Rural and Community Development has allocated €50,000 to Kerry County Council under the Town & Village Renewal Scheme 2024 to carry out a feasibility study on eight former Coastguard Houses at Coastal Terrace, Knightstown, Valentia. The properties are in the ownership of the Commissioners of Public Works (OPW) and the OPW has provided a letter of consent to Kerry County Council for the carrying out of the Feasibility Study. The appointment of a consultant is a matter for Kerry County Council.
