118. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration when the Court Proceedings (Delays) Act 2024 will come into effect; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33059/25]

Preparations for the commencement of Court Proceedings (Delays) Act 2024 are progressing in my Department and I expect that the new system will be operational before the end of the year.
