Ceist:

759. My Department does not have a designated head of procurement. It operates a devolved procurement function whereby each business unit is responsible for the procurement of their own goods, services and any related contracts, following advice from the Procurement Officer and the Office of Government Procurement.

I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

Details for other bodies under the aegis of my Department are operational matters for the bodies concerned and the Deputy should contact the relevant Director/CEO/Registrar directly.
