903. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the number of incidents referred to An Garda Síochána by the Health Information and Quality Authority relating to nursing homes, by incident type and by registered provider for each year 2015-2025, in tabular form. [34399/25]

Department of Health officials directed this query to HIQA who have requested more time to deal with this substantial request.
