Deputy Albert Dolan asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if his Department and each agency or public body under its remit uses a formal contract management system or procurement tracking platform; to list the systems in use; and if they are centrally monitored or independently operated. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department operates a central Contracts Register which is located within the internal intranet. In line with the Department’s devolved procurement structure, individual Business Units are responsible for recording all contracts awarded for goods and services on the central Contracts Register. This register is periodically reviewed by the Department’s Procurement Compliance Lead to ensure adherence to relevant procurement policies and procedures.
