808. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health if she or her Department are engaging with, or will engage, a company (details supplied) concerning the termination of a contract of care for a resident. [35914/25]

As this is an operational matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.
