Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Transport if a mediator has been appointed in relation to the dispute at the Dublin Airport Authority; the process by which the mediator was selected; the cost met to date by the company for mediation and associated legal services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
