Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy will be aware, enforcement of the GDPR falls under the remit of the Data Protection Commission (DPC). I understand that the DPC is aware of this issue, has made a public statement and is investigating further. My colleague, the Minister for Justice will review whether additional legislation is required in this area, following the conclusion of the DPC investigation and its related findings.
