904. Deputy Martin Kenny asked the Minister for Health if the food safety authority has investigated all instances of food recalls to date; and what the results of these investigations were. [51891/25]

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has overall responsibility for the enforcement of food law in Ireland; therefore, as this is an operational matter, I have asked the FSAI to reply directly to the Deputy.
