Deputy Mairéad Farrell asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment if he will issue a Section 14 Authorisation under the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959, for the operation of a facility (details supplied) in Autumn 2025 as per standard practice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
