Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the details of all reports, including consultancy reports commissioned by his Department from 1 January 2024 to date in 2025, that could be categorised as not for external publication or marked for internal use only; the cost of each report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following deferred reply was received under Standing Orders.

I understand reports commissioned by my Department to mean those that were procured by my Department.

Details of all reports, including consultancy reports commissioned by my Department from 1 January 2024 to date in 2025 that could be categorised as not for external publication or marked for internal use only are set out in the table below.

Bodies under the aegis of my Department may also commission studies, research and reports and recoup funding for same from my Department. Arrangements have been put in place by all bodies under the aegis of my Department to facilitate the provision of information directly to members of the Oireachtas. This provides a speedy, efficient and cost effective system to address queries directly to the relevant bodies. These bodies may be contacted directly by e-mail by members of the Oireachtas, as set out in the attached Table 2.
