Amharc ar fhreagraTaighde Éireann - Research Ireland has no associations with the research group identified, and there is no reference to this group ever receiving funding within Taighde Eireann - Research Ireland’s Grants and Awards Management System, which also contains grants management data transferred from the previous funding agency prior to the establishment of the new agency in 2024.
The existing rigorous processes which protect funding awarded by the agency, and the policies in place to protect and uphold academic freedom and research integrity, are routinely being reviewed and updated to support Irish researchers and our well deserved national reputation for research excellence and integrity.
