Frankie Feighan
Ceist:191. Deputy Frankie Feighan asked the Minister for Transport if he will support the proposal to add a daily return commuter train from Longford to Sligo to accommodate workers and students commuting to Sligo on a daily basis, which would substantially reduce the local carbon footprint and traffic gridlock around the town of Sligo; and if he will do everything within his powers to persuade Irish Rail management to provide this service as a matter of urgency.
