399. Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the provisions that have been made to ensure that agencies, organisations and charities funded by his Department will be able to meet their obligations under the new AE scheme. [62457/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe State Bodies under the remit of my Department are Public Bodies and apply the Government Public Service Pension Policies.
With regards to agencies, charities or organisations in receipt of grant funding from my Department, statutory obligations relating to pay or pensions are a matter for each individual body to adhere to, in line with national employment law.
