115. Deputy Aindrias Moynihan asked the Minister for Health the up-to-date position on the MCAP review; the way in which and when the membership was constituted; the frequency with which they have met; and when they are due to report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [64361/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe review of the Medical Cannabis Access Programme is in scoping stages. My Departmental officials are working to identify appropriate membership of a clinical review group, including the appointment of a chairperson, to determine whether evidence exists to expand the range of conditions currently covered by the programme.
The review will commence once the chairperson and membership of the group are firmly in place.
