Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Health the policy measures in place to ensure timely assignment of case managers or social workers for adults with complex needs who are identified as high clinical risk; if she will review current waiting list management for disability services to prevent prolonged delays; the safeguarding protocols which apply in cases where individuals live in non-sheltered settings without support; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
