Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will establish and publish an annual national Planning Performance Report, setting out average and median timelines for SHD and LRD applications, average and median timelines for planning appeals, and annual volumes and outcomes of judicial reviews of planning decisions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
