Amharc ar fhreagraAs a Contracting Authority, my Department is committed to adhering to its legal and policy obligations as communicated by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP), including guidance on the evaluation of tenders.
My Department does not currently use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for evaluation of tenders and is at present finalising an AI policy that outlines the framework for the legal, secure and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Department.
