Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Transport the current average processing time for foreign driving licence exchange applications handled by the National Driver Licence Service, broken down by month for 2024 and 2025; the number of applications currently pending beyond the stated processing timeframe; and the measures being taken to reduce delays and improve communication with applicants who require a licence for employment purposes.
