Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the specific actions completed to date under each strategic objective in the third national strategy on domestic sexual and gender based violence; and the mechanism in place to monitor progress and accountability across relevant Departments and agencies. Amharc ar fhreagraCombatting all forms of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence (DSGBV) and ensuring that victims and survivors receive the support and care they need is an absolute priority for me. Cuan, the statutory domestic, sexual and gender-based violence (DSGBV) agency is committed to providing safe and accessible accommodation and support services for victims and survivors of DSGBV.
As a core function, Cuan coordinates the Government actions set out in the Third National Strategy, and supports accountability by reporting on their delivery. Therefore, I have referred the Deputy's question to the Agency for direct response.
