An application for State pension non-contributory was received from the person concerned on 10 September 2024.
The maximum weekly rate of pension was awarded with effect from 19 September 2024 and notification of the decision issued, in writing, on 16 September 2024.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
